Tuition Waiver for Dependents of Veterans

The State Legislature has mandated a state tuition waiver for the children and the spouse or domestic partner of veterans and national guard members who qualify and meet the conditions of RCW 28B.15.621. The waiver covers tuition, fees, and provides a book stipend. Administration and eligibility requirements are established through the state public community and technical colleges and public four-year universities.
