ADVISORY: October 18 COUNCIL MEETING
Council to discuss postsecondary completion, regional considerations at meeting in Tri-Cities

Olympia—The Washington Student Achievement Council will hold its Oct. 18 meeting on the campus of Washington State University Tri-Cities. The meeting will include a discussion of postsecondary student success in terms of program completion and credential attainment.
Council members will also engage with a panel of community leaders around regional considerations impacting students’ ability to earn a postsecondary credential. Members of the state’s STEM Education Alliance will be on hand to offer STEM perspectives.
The meeting will take place at WSU Tri-Cities in Richland on Oct. 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. WSAC meetings are open to the public and all are welcome to participate in discussion throughout the meeting. Formal public comment will begin at 11:45 a.m. A hybrid option is also available, with online registration required to attend via Zoom.
