2024 Washington Student Experience Survey

What is the WA Student Experience Survey and why should I take it?

• Colleges in Washington want to better understand the challenges faced by students so they can help them succeed.  
• Sharing your real-life experiences will allow colleges to improve access to basic needs services like food, housing, and so forth for all students. 

How can I participate?

• On October 28, all students in Washington (at public colleges and universities) will receive an email with a link to take the survey.  
• The survey will close on November 22.
• Your participation is voluntary. We hope that you raise your voice through the survey about your experiences.

How long will the survey take?

• The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

How will the survey responses be used?

• The survey is confidential. Responses across the state will be summarized to identify trends and allow colleges and lawmakers to better understand and support the needs of students.
