American College Application Campaign

The American College Application Campaign® (ACAC), a national initiative administered by the Washington Student Achievement Council, is designed to increase the number of students to pursue postsecondary education, especially to help those first-generation and low-income students to overcome college application barriers. The purpose is to assist high school seniors as they navigate the college admissions process and ensure each participating student submits at least one admissions application.

Increasing the number of students who apply and then earn a college credential can help achieve the state’s attainment goals and advance opportunities for economic prosperity in Washington.

More information about the American College Application Campaign can be found here. If your school is interested in participating in ACAC/CGW, please fill out this form and return it to Anna Batie at annab@wsac.wa.gov.
